it has to be bill gates cause god never shows up and dosent come out on forbes magazine every year saying he's the richest man in the world

Bill Gates is one of the poorest people in the universe. Money has nothing to do with wealth. If you want to know what god thinks of money, look at who he gives it to.

He is the richest man on Earth by our standards. We can not be so sure to make a statement of entire universe yet. God by definition is enveloping all that we can conceive of. He is beyond all this.
