Definately no. The virus does not survive in that kind of environment.

No... I do believe that the HIV Virus can only live outside of the Human Body for 5 seconds.

The infected blood would have to get into your own bloodstream, through a cut or something. You can't get infected by just getting HIV on your skin.

In any case you don't want blood in your eyes.. what if you had a small wound? This is risky so I think there are chances of catching it if it were contaminated but then again I'm no expert. Careful though!
