Tell her you want to start working out and ask if she will go to the gym with you to be your spotter/sponser/work out partner. This way she wont feel like you are being mean to her and you can push her to get some of the weight off.

Look I cant believe some of these answer that some of these people gave you that is unreal. People can be so mean.
You love her so you should want what's best for her so, Tell her your going to start working out and ask her to join you. Or start off asking her for walks in the part together. Then soon enough you can get her to eat healthyer. there is other ways then just being mean. Tell her you love her and you care about her health.
Just dont say anything to her that will make her feel bad about the way she looks. Keep letting her know you love her & continue to grab and hold her. You got to keep your woman feeling sexy or its will be ugly for the both of you. P.S Do some sexercise with her every little bit helps sweetie!!

Instead of criticizing her on her weight gain, why not suggest a gym membership for you all to use together. Use it as way for you two to do something together and also stay in shape (cause you gotta stay in shape too!). As well as using the equipment to work out, many gyms offer fun classes and that's something you and girlfriend can look at doing together.

Well, you should look on the inside instead of the outside of her, under all that weight I'm sure you see someone deep within the lines. You should ask that question for yourself, because you don't want ot say the wrong thing to her and have her break up with you. Plus there's more to love!!!! :D

lead by example. tell her that you want to start working out or running and ask her to come along, like a couple activity. that and exercise is only the beginning, you also have to start being more health concise. Start eating healthier and encourage her to do the same. It is easier to to ask her to help with your new health kick and hope she catches on, than telling her straight up.

Tell her to step away from the pot roast and quit shoving hersheys kisses down her gullet. Then find a hot broad to occupy you while she's away at fat camp.

Tell her she is fat and unattractive, beating around the bush isn't going to get you anywhere, she needs to know how you feel, it might upset her in the beginning but she will appreciate it later.

yes I agree, you should ask her to join you and together you can work out. Because if you just flat out say something to her about it would hurt her feelings and lead to years of low self esteem and so on.

Be honest with her. If you don't say anything now, it will only get worse. Support her and make sure she knows that no matter what she looks like, you love her.
