Treat her well sincerely, for what you have done to hurt her.
Make it obvious to her that she is the one who is the most important person in your live.
Leave the " I'm sorry part to an appropiate time "
Timing is very important, be sincere when you say it.
REPENT!

You should be ashamed of yourself for doing that to the woman you are supposed to love, honor, cherish and respect. Sounds like you owe it to her to seek counseling for both of you. If you love your wife the way you say you do, you wouldn't have put yourself in the situation to cheat. She sounds extremely hurt, betrayed and depressed. It's your job to now make things right. Treat her with kid gloves and if you're not done cheating then just walk away and let the poor girl get her life back...you can't put her through this again. A husbands job is protect his wife at all costs. Sorry man but you did just the opposite. Get some help if your marriage is important to you.

Well Dear.................you are a cheeky boy! I don't believe you for a minute, I suspect that you just want people like me to waste their time giving you spurious advice.

Well, my advice is:
1. Stop sending erroneous messages
2. If you can't comply with that; at least learn how to write correctly.
3. Retrieve the guns and shoot off your pecker.

Regards

Dorothy Mills (Mrs)

Either STOP cheating and tell her you'll do whatever it takes to make it better, including counsiling, or if you don't feel you can stop cheating, leave her and let her move on with her life. Don't you dare continue that would be very wrong.

you are sorry because you loved her........ or did you say your sorry you loved her..........confused?????

Either way, hope you regret what you did, if not, hope whoever next YOU fall in love with, never puts you through the pain and betrayal your wife is feeling right now, youve destroyed her soul, no other worst feeling in the world.

You should have worked at the marriage, not against it.

Goodluck, you will need it.....

try some marriage counseling. you have to work through this if you want to save your marriage. worse case scenerio..you get a divorce. she has to be able to accept and forgive if not you have to let her go. either way it is up to her and you to try or not. what's done is done and can't be undone...now put your life back into perspective.

if you love her as you say you do, you wouldnt cheat on her.
if there is any hope of saving your marriage you need to stop cheating and convince her that you love her and are sorry and wont do it again.

explain to her why you cheated, talk to her about her feelings, ask her what she wants for your relationship and give her the space to grief.
