one time i was on an airplane and my daughter really had to go to the bathroom but they were serving dinner, so the cart was in the way!
needless to say, she had to wait.

I travel a lot and several times I have been to this little fishing village about one hour by boat from Puerto Vallarta,Mexico. The name of the town is Yaloppa. It is land locked and only accessible by boat, no way to land and sort of plane. Neat little place....

Yes, anywhere with a large expanse of trees. No plane or chopper can land in thick woodland or jungle, and you can't parachute into it either.

You can reach anywhere. Whether its a one-way journey or not depends on the terrain.

My next door neighbour's garden is overgrown with brambles. It would be very difficult to land a plane there. Also, he doesn't have a control tower.

You'll have to phrase a more precise question if you want a serious answer.

There are some islands that are too small to land a large plane on, and too remote to fly a small plane to, so they are really only accessible by boat unless you count parachuting to them.
