It will also lead to fat people paying protection money - not to mention a whole spate of new-generation mobster films.
I foresee the inevitable battle scene in which a hapless extra is accidentally deep-fried in animal fat at an illegal still behind a salad bar.

It will be a whole new group of problems. There will be undercover cops going to restaurants tasting food, bringing samples back to labs. People leaving NY to get food that taste good, chefs that want creative freedom. We need the ACLU. It is our right as Americans to eat & cook what we want.
