Well, although I'm definitely not an expert, I think a steady routine of daily multiple vitamins helps to increase energy, over the long run.

When there are times that I need a "boost," I've turned to B12, B6, ginseng (very useful!) or ginkgo biloba -- which is really an herbal extract that's useful for increasing mental acuity.

Hope this helps.

Vitamins and minerals in food will do that providing you dont have any illness. Exercise along with healthy foods increases stamina and energy.

If youll take a prenatal vitamen, or another kind of high potency vitamen, with each meal, youll definately notice a difference in your energy and the way you feel. Youll feel better. B vitamens are used for energy and are also great for getting rid of pain.
