MEATBALL RECIPE
Preparation - Medium
6 large, 10 small meatballs
These meatballs are very easy to make and go great in soup or spaghetti sauce, or as appetizers with a dipping sauce and toothpicks.
1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 lb ground veal, or turkey
1/4 cup bread crumbs (commercial, or grate your own from stale Italian bread)
1 egg
1 T parsley, finely chopped
1/2 clove garlic, minced (optional)
pinch of oregano or thyme (optional)
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste
Mixing bowl, skillet or tray for oven.
IN the mixing bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients (hands work well, here).
Sauté broil or roast, or put directly into soup or sauce (the large ones take up to 45 mins to cook in soup or sauce).
----------------------------
Meatball Recipe
1 pound ground beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese
4 eggs
1 cup cold water
In a saucepan mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, olive oil, garlic, and spices. Simmer over low heat. Mix beef, and bread crumbs. Beat the eggs lightly with the water and add to the meat mixture. Mix well. Roll into balls, drop into the sauce and cover. Cook over low heat 3 to 4 hours to thoroughly cook meatballs. Serve over pasta with garlic bread.
This meatball recipe will serve 6 to 8.

give this a shot:
1 pound of ground beef
1/2 pound of ground pork (Italian Sausage works well)
Worchester sauce
Unflavored bread crumbs
salt
pepper
1 egg
dried mustard
dried parsley flakes
cumin
mix all of these together until they are combined and have a meatloaf texture.
form into balls and fry them on the stove top in a skillet with olive oil and a little butter until done.
for a good sauce, use chili sauce and grape jelly in equal amounts in a sauce pan until melted together, drop in the meatballs and let them warm over low heat for an hour. dish them out into a bowl and chow down. very good "game food" for football sunday.

try this out turns out really good
2 lbs boneless beef chuck roast
6 tablespoons soft butter
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
6 teaspoons flour
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pint whipping cream
2 tablespoons horseradish, grated
Put the beef through a meat grinder 3 times.
Add the butter, bread crumbs, flour, milk, salt and pepper.
Mix well with your hands until well blended.
Shape into small balls.
Boil in salted water 15 minutes.
These meat balls may be used as dumplings to be dropped into beef broth or soups or served with small boiled potatoes with horseradish sauce, as follows: HORSERADISH SAUCE
Whip cream until stiff.
Beat in grated horseradish.
If you prefer a heated sauce for the meat balls, prepare your favorite cream sauce and stir in the grated horseradish.

well it's not a dinner recipe but two really easy desserts :) A super easy recipe is Dump cake. You put a can of crushed pineapple and a can of cherry pie filling in to a 13x9 pan. Mix the two together in the dish and top with a whole box of yellow cake mix and then spread slivers of butter all over the top and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. (tastes like a pineapple upside down cake) Or you could buy a graham cracker pie crust fill it with instant pudding (follow pie filling directions on the box) and then top with cool whip. Easy Peazy

make mini meatballs , season with minced onion, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce ( a lil)
melt in pot a jar of grape jelly together with a jar of chili sauce.
mix until boiling and pour over meatballs
serve with rice
If you have time and would like the meatballs to absorb the sauce better you should put it in the oven for about 10 minutes but it isn't necessary.
Tastes great. It's like a sweet & sour but with a tangy zip to it.

Take 4 bell peppers (green, yellow, red, or the mix of them), remove the green stems and the seeds from them. Stuff them with a mix of ground beef, cooked rice, ketchup, and black pepper.
In a pan, heat the oil, and fry chopped onions with tomato paste for few minutes, then add water, and mix well. Put the stuffed bell peppers in it, and add more water so they are covered. Add salt. Cover, and cook for half an hour. When it is ready, add chopped greens of your choice, garlic, and mayo as a dressing.
It is easy, yummy, and nutritious.
