1. Driving along a highway or almost empty road, you feel the need to take piss and can't "hold" it at all, and there are no toilets in sight, so you answer the urge and water down the grass shrubs on your side, QUIETLY and QUICKLY. In many places, it's illegal, sometimes humiliating. In Singapore, if CAUGHT, it gets you 40 canes in your ugly buttocks. Would you go ahead still?

2. You're caught for accidentally "speeding", honestly, you didn't intend to do it. So, it boils down to you and the cop who caught up with you, and he agrees to let you off with a twenty bucks, saving you the hassle to go to Police station. Is it OK for you to save some ENERGY?

3. You accidentally stroke the bottom of a female colleague at office. Now, you were just flirting, and never intended to go that far, and feel really ashamed, but the lady won't take your apology, and is hell-bent on taking the matter up with the boss. So, you fix a meeting with the boss before that, and try to save your a**.

In Singapore, I would have to find a rest room, not in to being flogged.

Speeding, i would go through with the hassle of court, fees, etc.

As for the office, I just would not be rubbing on anyone female especially, since i am female and not gay.
I definitely would not rub the bottom of a male co-worker just not OK. Thanks for asking. Have a great day! Looking forward to reading the responses you get to this.

1. if you gotta go you gotta go and i take it that you 're not driving in the middle of Orchard road.hey get real !!! who are you trying to kid 40 strokes!!!!!!! pleeeease, they've already a bad impression of this without people like you giving the wrong impression of Singapore. if you're all that afraid of the cops, then i suggest that the next time you need to take a leak without the benifit of the proper facilities the use a bottle if you're a guy or a plastic bag if you're a girl you have the space in your car!!!

2.if i take it that we're still in Singapore, then you're blowing smoke through your rear end, cause speeding is a minor offence here n there's no need to go to the station. if you try to offer a twenty then you're really asking for a trip to the station.
if you're in our neighbouring country(if you can talk about Singapore , then you should know what i'm talking about , if not then i suggest that you use an atlas.)then this may be possible if not expected.
3.accidently???? commmme ooonnnn who you're trying to kid.
i may flirt but i don't touch. there's alot of ways of flirting without touching , but beware that it maybe considered as sexual harrassment. n i only do it with friends that i know very well, so that there's no misunderstanding.God bless, gabe

1) If it's not private property, and no one driving by could see you, then it's okay. If the shrubs are there for decorative purposes, it would be polite to not kill them with a direct spray.

2) The cop who accepts a bribe of $20 is guilty of something not only immoral, but illegal. You're helping to perpetuate a broken system. You're not "saving energy," you're trying to avoid responsibility for your actions.

3) If you were flirting, it wasn't really an accident - part of you wanted to do it, and your lust overcame your self-control. It's good that you apologized and feel ashamed, but it's still sexual harassment and she has every right to be pissed. Legally and morally, what she should do is inform you that such conduct is unwanted and unacceptable, and inform her boss of what happened. The boss will then meet with you as well. As a first offense, no charges will be pressed, but you will receive a warning and possibly be required to attend sensitivity training.
You can try to meet with the boss before that to explain what you did and that you know it was wrong, but to try to "save your a**" and avoid the punishment shows that you're a little punk who's more sorry that he got caught than that he committed the crime!

assuming a hypothetical case, of course... not saying you personally are a punk...

1) If you gotta go, you gotta go. It can actually be safer to do that than to continue driving with all of your attention on your bladder instead of the road.

2) The cop is breaking the law. So were you.

3) Is it accidental or flirting? I can see a scenario where your hand could brush a girls butt but it's hard to mistake that for copping a feel. If there was squeezing involved then you are in trouble. You may try a preemptive meeting with the boss but ultimately in most companies the matter will be referred to HR. What they do all depends on the policies, if any, that have been established for this sort of thing.

#1...Guys are lucky they can pee in a large bottle, women would need a large plastic cup. No need to get out, just keep a map handy and pull over like you are reading the map. Do your stuff and go, when the coast is clear (no drivers behind you) slow down and empty it out the window or on the side of the road.

#2... Take your ticket, is it worth the cop possibly setting you up? If he is willing to take a payoff, how do you know you were really speeding anyway. Get a few postponements and hope he doesn't show.

#3... That my dear is sexual harassment no matter how you cut it. Actually to touch someone without their consent IS assault... prepare your resume' and get ready for a write up if not a firing.

1.) I grew up in the country, and I think that people are really silly about the whole "can't go outside" thing--within reason of course. I mean, you shouldn't just whip it out or pop a squat where anyone can see you, but on the side of a dark and mostly-deserted road? No harm there.

2.) I think it is terribly unethical for the police officer to make such a deal. I wouldn't do it, because it would reinforce that behavior--who knows what other offenses (potentially dangerous ones, even) he's taking bribes for?

3.) You are well within your rights to try and protect yourself. She is well within her rights to get you in trouble for sexual harrassment (unwanted touching is bad). This one's still out for the jury.

1. it's retarded that that is illegal anywhere.
2. Turn the cop in for accepting a bribe (or, at least I thought that's what you're asking.)
3. Don't grab people's asses at work. I can't believe I even had to offer that as advice, should be common sense.

No boss can ignore a complaint of sexual harassment. You go to him, he will take your word for it to the human resources department. She'll win and rightfully so. Work is not the place to be flirting.

The other 2 are judgement calls. But it appears you lack good judgement.

Peeing in the bushes is okay - there's sometimes no other choice. I would take the speeding ticket willingly. The third would not happen.
