Hi guys,

I have heard a shocking news from my herbal docter, that the Zoloft, an SSRI, may cause the permenent sexual disfuction.

I want to know if this is true.

What do you think?

Look in the product guidelines on internet. Everyone reacts differently to drugs, so if its really helping your depression, you'd have to make up your own mind.. I can't see why it would be permanent though, maybe while taking it only. Your Doctor might tell you, I wouldn't take anything like that without a script and for a good reason.

I think it's only an issue while you are on the medication....I also think that your herbal doctor just wants you to keep buying herbs rather than meds...hehe

I would have to concur based on personal experiences. My bf had a good sex drive until he went on it. Now he has been off for over a year- still not much of a sex drive : (
