At the link you could see the definition of testing.
My definition is that testing is the procedure to review an app that possess the customers requirements accordingly to the previous design and analysis that was made with the customers approval.
Also, testing means proving that the programmers did their job, by applying to the business rules needed to run the app in time, quality, business functionality and with no errors whatsoever.
