there is this amazing guy i met here at yahoo answers and well we been sending emails for a while and well like each other he tells me he loves me and he even asked me out and well he tells me that he is not lying and that i am the only girl but the problem is he lives in greenville and i love in brownsville. should i believe him? i like him too!

its great that ou found someone online but words on a computer screen aren't everything. People can easily change their attittude and say things they wouldnt say in person. Im not saying the guy you like is like that, im just saying be cautious..if you really are into him, why not meet up somewhere over coffee or lunch..you never know.. he might not be what you expected or he could be just the guy you looking for. So go ahead and dont be afraid just dont be ignorant and careless.. Good Luck!

All I can say is approach with caution. I know some people who have met some real losers online, and I have two friends who actually met their husbands online. But neither of them EVER went to meet anyone without taking someone with them! That's dangerous! In your case I do see one problem that causes me concern, telling you he loves you when he hasn't even met you? Like I said, if you decided to approach it, approach it with caution!

To love someone you need to know someone. Being that neither of you have actually met it would be hard pressed to be in love with that person. Now you might be in love with what they portray themselves to be but you would honestly need to meet and actually go out to truly know if those emotions are love or not.

If you're smart you wouldn't go near that...
If your not, when you go to "meet" him, make sure you don't go alone. As "lame" as it is, it's better to bring a buddy along so you actually know what your dealing with, rather then being found dead in a ditch somewhere.

I'm not so sure if you should go through with this. I dont see how people can fall in love through emails, if they have never met. Be careful....he may not be who he says he is. If you do decide to go and meet him, please dont go alone, just in case.
