This is an interesting question. If God gave all life to all mankind, then said "Out of the Garden, no fruit from the tree of life for you!", isn't He in actuality the 'cause' of physical death of mankind to the tune of 100%? Don't get me wrong, I understand that in order for men to be reunited with God in the relationship He originally intended, God had to allow death to enter in so that the corrupt nature could be separated from the spiritual man, and that in allowing death to enter, He showed His love of mankind was greater than that of the balance of creation. And I also believe that God, as Creator, has the right to remove from His creation anything He has put there!
The people who died pre-Christ were kept in a place called Sheol, which was divided into two areas (as Jesus taught), one of which was referred to as 'Abraham's Bosom'. When Jesus was 'in the grave', He brought the Gospel to those in Sheol, and when He rose from the grave, those who were in Sheol were translated into eternity, and Sheol was abolished, thus Paul's teachings that "...to be absent from the body is to be present with Christ".
Answer summary: 100%. God loves all mankind, past, present, and future, and that is why He became a man and died on the cross as propitiation for our sin.

Thousands. Not nearly as many as will be killed in the end of days. Jesus allowed for the people who were killed before him to the ones killed after him to have a fresh shot at grace through faith instead of law. Most of the people killed in the Old Testament had sinned against God's law. But Paull tells us that :
But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for , The just shall live by faith.
And the law is not of faith; but , the man that doeth them shall live in them.
Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree.
Therefore when the dead arise with Christ in the end times they will be judged anew by faith and not law.

Approximately 485,000,000 or, at one point, everyone on earth except for Noah and his family.
What you have to understand, however, is that God is a gentle and peaceful being. It depends on what the word "kill" actually means. In God's view, you do not cease to exist if your physical body is "killed." Instead, he sent all of the people he killed to suffer in hell. So, technically, he wasn't killing them but simply sentencing them to an eternity of unbearable agony and suffering.

God destroyed sinners. He only destroyed those who would not obey him.
God disciplines people as a nation. He blesses them as well when he sees them obey his commands.
Remember when Adam disobeyed with Eve, sin and corruption entered into and possessed the world in the form of Satan the devil, currant ruler of this earth.
Read your bible for the truth, don't take it for granted what you hear from the pulpit to be the truth........it seldom is.

Jesus had been foretold even in the garden as the coming "Seed of the woman." Without faith in things unseen, it is impossible to please God. Only a remnant made it through the flood, because of their faith and obedience. Now that that Seed has appeared to mankind in the person of Jesus Christ, and verified through His resurrection, we are without excuse for not believing and turning to Him for salvation. We all die because of sin, but those who will go into the "second death" are the ones truly "killed".

In bile - oops, bible - mythology, "god" (nste) destroyed the Earth twice. (This "god" thing needs three tries to get it right? It is more incompetent than omniscient.) There are also numerous fables about killing this person and that person, etc. etc. etc.
How many people were killed by "satan" in the bible? None.
NSTE = No such thing exists.

God killed many people who disobeyed 'Him'. In fact, God didn't even spare Prophet Onan (pbuh).
God killed Prophet Onan (pbuh) when he disobeyed 'Him'.
