First of all, every country in Latin America has its own unique slang (and that goes for Spain too). So you won't be able to find a slang word that would be understood in all the countries.
Second, any slang for vagina would be vulgar.
Just use vagina, it will be understood everywhere and you will not sound vulgar.

Concha
Chucha
Papa
Hueco
Coño
Cueva-----> This one is common in Mexico and by the way they use it (they even mention it in some radio shows) I think it's not so vulgar compared to the ones mentioned before

Chocho

All of them are vulgar. The only proper way to name it is "vagina".

Chocha is the word, and it is a very insulting word (even nasty Missy Elliott uses it in one of her raps)! Do not use it in your writing.
