I used to play a lot of golf, and to single figures but only play very occasionally now.
I would like to play competitively again but every time I hit a bad shot I completely fall apart and fat every shot. I feel like a grenade is going off in my hands, a bit like the yips but with the whole swing.
I also have a tendency to drop the left shoulder on the backswing which is causing the collapse of the left side and subsequent fat shots. Anyone know a good pro near London who covers the mental and physical aspects of the game?

You need a golf sports psychologist rather than Pro. Check to see what Universities might offer that type course and they should be able to provide a recommendation. Your problem is between your ears. No technical fix is going to resolve your anger problem. If you were technically perfect you would still hit bad shots on occasion.
Ray Floyd had the same problem rocking the shoulders rather than making a level turn. Exaggerate the situation by starting the turn with your left shoulder. Think of trying to clip your chin on the turn in the back swing and start the turn from the left side in your downswing all while keeping the heard still.

Your pre-shot routine stinks, and your posture in a mirror looks like Quasimodo. Work on those two things, and you'll be back to single figures again.

But beware the yips, cos when those get you, you'll have to look for me again.

Save your dough and just quit dropping that left shoulder. Discipline, Man, discipline!

Oh, and don't forget to replace those divots.
