i do stupid things and goof off a lot, but then later i say "omg, i did that in front of so and so!!!?aahhh!!" or "omg, will she hate me now becuase i teased about her with her best friend even tho i ment it in a good way?!" and i even feel sick sometimes, then later i find out its nothing and they thought i was cute or funny as usual, and even if they do get mad the worrying felt worse. i dont want to stop acting stupid, i just dont want to worry about it! how do i stop?

Look if you know it is stupid and you still do it then your stupid along with the actions. If there is even a chance that a friend would take offense to it and you say it anyway then you are not a very good friend. Have you ever herd the saying you can cry or you can laugh yes your friends may be laughing on the outside but are they crying on the inside? Think about that the next time you make fun of them.

this is a very thoughtful and interesting question......
let me say this and you can think about if for a while or as long as it takes for you to see it...
the reason you worry is because you ''fear'' (worry is fear) that people important in your life will not respect you the way you like to be treated by them. so you are happy that your "stupidity" brings love and respect but you are unsure if your "stupidity" will bring the desired response in each event.
so....you are not sure if being "stupid" is very smart when you can't be sure if it brings joy and happiness to others includeing yourself.
now there are two things you can think about here and for what it is worth i am going to speak them as i know them for you (and others who may be having difficulty in realizing the value of being stupid and how to be smart knowing when and what stupid can bring you...)
all right....now.......here is the problem/solution....somewhere in your past you earned hugs and credits for saying/doing/being types of stuff which was not explained in the most full respect to your questions/commentaries or with full realization of the nature of your antics which brought affections.
and you got to like it......you may have found it was a wonderful way to get and hold attention and this sometime worked under some more intense and confusing relationship conundrums.
maybe you were the type of joker that could steal the show from other less joking providers and ......
left you with your own questions unanswered from yesterdays gone by but with a modified and acceptable costume version for coping and off-setting the responsibilities of others whom you have distracted.
solution.......take your clown suit to the cleaners for an inspection....it may be not as fresh as it once was and it may actually begin to smell....
good luck and be well

Your feeling worried is a case of a normal watchdog just being a lilttle too sensitive. You must give yourself permission to make these little mistakes without obsessing about what will happen. Part of what you may have to do is start listening to yourself so that you can make judgements either before you say it or immediately after. Training yourself to do that will help your overall communication, too!

You must have a low self esteem to think other girls can't be compared to you. I bet you have beautiful features, you just need to stop looking at other girl's nice features, and find yours, and show them off. It can be your eyebrows, so pull your hair back. Any little random thing. It can be the neck, or your ankles. Look in the mirror and find what you can find what you love, not like, LOVE about yourself. And show it off! [:

You are trying to be someone you are not.... that's all. Remember the saying... if you don't have anything nice to say- don't say nothing at all. ... don't use other people to appear funny. My husband used to be like that..... I used to get very embarrassed for him..... and he didn't even think for a moment he might have hurt the person's feelings. I'm glad you have scruple.... you should be, too. It's ok to not be funny all the time.

A wise old man once told me to never do or say anything that you would be ashamed of and you'll never have to worry.
