go see the ear doctor, you might have recently been up in high altitudes, if its that, just lick a lollipop and swallow

It seems you are losing some of the range of frequency of the sounds that you can hear, the best thing would be to have a hearing test and see a doctor.

You may have hearing loss in specific tonal ranges. Go and have your hearing checked, also have them look at your ears to rule out any physical problems.
