I don't know what you need it for but you could probably get the picture off this website (scroll down to the middle of the page in the link).
You would then need to get the permission to blow that up into a poster since the copyright belongs to the photographer or the family. Given the nature of the photograph, I doubt you will get the permission.

Anyway, you're not sick, you're just fascinated by morbid things like everyone else is to some degree; which of us have never slowed down to look at a car crash at the side of the road?
Maybe doing this helps us come to terms with 'death' or something, but it's a natural reaction so there must be some reason for it.
But then, the history of human civilisation has been all about the suppression of natural instincts.

If you pay enough they can sell you a picture of your mother nude.
Or a snap shot of your home delivery just before you were dropped on your head.....
