My received faxes keep getting stuck in my fax machine. I have to stand and pull them through at the end or it shows printing error, check paper. So frustrating!

You need to make sure that the tray is aligned properly, and that the paper is stacked neatly and straight in the tray.
This could also be caused by a broken or mis-aligned roller.

There are tie clips you should purchase that clip your tie on your blouse. My chem instructor continually wears them to stay away from them from putting over into labs. i'm no longer particular the position you should purchase them, yet Google it... sturdy success!
