I LOVE MY SLOW COOKER! Try crock pot classics by Banquet. Most varieties not to bad, high in sodium though. Also try pot roast with 2 packs Lipton onion soup mix 3-4 cups of water/cover meat. On low for 8 hrs. or high for at least four hrs. You can add any veggies you'd like in last hour or so. Leftover broth make great soup or stew base. You basically need to have liquid and 4- 6 hrs. on high or 8 hrs. on low. Lots of Crock pots come with recipe books too. Good Luck!

Looks like you got a few good websites....I'll check them out myself...There's also a magazine you can find at grocery store check out lanes called Slow-Cooker. I've found several good recipes there, as well as great tips and some coupons for the recipe ingredients.

We like corned beef brisket. Just take it out of the wrapping, put it in the crockpot, sprinkle the seasoning packet on top. 4-5 cups of water and beer. Carrots, celery, quartered potatoes, and bay leaves.
