First, ignore the rude comments, those are people who never figured it out now they want to put someone below them, they SUCK!
OK, express yourself huh...You know, you don't have to say much, allow your action to do of the talking, women are WATCHING how you conduct yourself. You almost don't have to say anything (swear to god you don't) if you a calm cool and collected dude, chicks will do something I've heard called-DYNAMIC PROJECTION- I believe in this, they will super impose what they'd like you to be, almost like your a blank canvas and they are creating the perfect man. Listen to her and see what shwe likes, and if that you, show allow her a glimpse. Always hold back some detail, woman love MYSTRY. If she paints a picture & it's not you, don't fake it, and let know it's not you...sometimes you can flip it, get her into the hot seat and do some "molding" girls are easier to get than you think, they are as "hungry" as us, as long as you don't throw yourself at them 24/7
Askign for exactly what to say? No perfect script, but there's a flow. How about "How do you do (thing) so so, good, you look incrediable, so sexy, dam..." or here a multi-version "Do you like (thing)?"/ I like root beer, do you? the first ? gave her totla control, the second put you in control, but don't over due it either way. Questions are good, don't interigate the poor girl, but show INTEREST. Most people don't wnat ot hear about you at first, they want to tell you about themselves, so open the door, they'll follow you through. She is probably nervous to, but don't you admire peolpe who seem to "have it under control", be that guy.

I really dont know your situation that well and im not sure on what you say to the girl but i think if you have pure intentions and really like this girl then i think she'll understand..
Here's a tip: If your words always come out wrong then just keep asking questions about her so she'll be doing the talking, then when you comfortable then you join in the conversation.

This sounds like a very common problem. The best thing I can tell you is that women are people...treat them like people. Don't try any phony lines, don't try to lie to them, just be yourself.
Also, dating a women is a way to spend time together to know them better...it's not an end in itself. Find a women that has common intrests, and share them...if you are spending time with the woman, in a genuine effort to get to know them, they will respond better than if you just want a peice of eye-candy stuck on your arm as you do whatever it is you want to do without her input.
If you do this, then problems about what to say just go away...

All these girls telling u its ok .. probably wouldn't give u the time of day if u approached them.
Women think shy guys r cute ... but really like confident guys ...
Try being more of an asshole ... they love that ... don't believe all that crap.
I bet most of these girls answering do not have shy nervous partners ;-)

Just go out and have fun, dating is suppose to be fun. Take it
one one step at a time. Keep it simple. You don't have to tell
everything , all in the first date. Keep them hanging for more
information on you. Take your time.

think of a girl as a friend not a sex object
you'll get on better -leave the sex till later on in the relationship when you are both more comfortable with each other

just chill out and be yourself - talk about everyday stuff - work/college/local pubs/hobbies - anything that you can think of - once you grow a bit more confident you'll get along fine. xx
