what is the easiest most simplest way for a guy to ask a girl out?

First are you close to this person...If you are dont do it over the phone and dont do it over anything else...do it in person. That really makes a difference if she will go out with you. Also make it something for you and her to remember...like if you are in school dont just asked her out in the hallway....like go somewhere and make it a fun place so she will remember it forever!
