'And in their footsteps We sent Jesus the son of Mary, confirming the Law that had come before him: We sent him the Gospel: therein was guidance and light, and confirmation of the Law that had come before him: a guidance and an admonition to those who fear Allah.' (Qur'an)

Jesus was not only a prophet, but the son of God as well. Equally God, fully human fully divine. God made flesh. (Not two or three Gods, One God, in three persons - the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit).

One person said they didn't know why Muslims and Christians fight, well, not that we should fight, but the reason is that we do not believe the same, Muslim believe Jesus only to be a Prophet, less than Mohammad, Christians believe Jesus as not just a prophet, but the son of God, God made Flesh, the highest power and creator of all. We believe the ONLY way for salvation is through Jesus Christ's gift of mercy and grace at the Cross. You can NOT earn your way a spot in Heaven, as it IS a gift if you accept it.

I repsect what you are trying to say, but Jesus is more than a prophet. With his own words, he said he was the (spirit) son of God. (meaning his sonship was independent of Mary who was just used for his miracle birth) This was confirmed by anouncements by the Father God at his baptism, and at the mountain of transfiguration, when Jesus talked with former prophets in front of his apostles. Unfortunately, Islam seems to deny the words of Jesus, and the Father God, whom you call Allah. Read the book of John in the bible. You will see that this is mentioned at least 20-30 times.

According to the Bible, Jesus is the Son of God and God being God the Father. Allah is another name for God. Jesus was put on this earth as a teacher of His Father's Words. Jesus was also a prophet.

IMO, and according to my ongoing research, I think that Allah is only another name of the only God there is.
Jesus is His son, which the Holy Qur'an does not acknowledge (but it's true anyway).
Mohammad was His prophet but may have become misguided.
A great majority of the Holy Qur'an is valid. Research is ongoing.

Jesus is so much more than a prophet, Jesus is the only begotten son of God ( Allah, Abba, Father) Jesus is one-third of the Hly Tinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Jesus is the word of God ( Allah )
Jesus is, not was and He is my Lord and Saviour. Learn of Jesus and experience Him for he is God. I don't wish to upset you or any of your family of believers. or your family. If you study the Bible as well and pray to Allah, you will meet Jesus

No he is not Jesus does not know allah.

allah is a false God.

Islam and Christianity are extremely different and have nothing in common except what Islam took from Christianity.
No Jesus will accept anyone who comes to him that is not the same as saying that he is "for the muslims." Muslims (and other non-believers) need to repent of their idolotry and accept Jesus to forgive their sins.

It seems that even Christians do not understand that allah is not the same as our God. He is not the God of Abraham but a god fashioned after the moon god aliyah and futhermore his characteristics do not fit thise of the one true God. They took the pagan religion and some Judasim and some christianity and mixed it up and came up with allah. Please Christians do not decieve others by saying they are the same. There is only one true and living God and he is not allah.

Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God!

"Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son."

"Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also."

According to Islam, Jesus (arabic name Issa) is a prophet of Allah. Most of the muslims believe Allah(which means God) has taken him and he is somewhere in the seven skies... waiting for the end of the world and he has a role to play.

But the newest sect Ahmadiyya school of thought ( www.alislam.org ) having Mirza Ghulam Ahmad as founder, believes that Jesus escaped the cross and went to the lost tribes of israel, in afganistan and kashmir, where he died. There is a tomb there in Srinagar, Kashmir which some people believes it's jesus' tomb.

Morever historians have proved that many jews were going on pilgrimage to india some years later after the escape of jesus from the cross...

Hebrews 1
Jesus Christ Is Gods Son

1Long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets. 2But now in these final days, he has spoken to us through his Son. God promised everything to the Son as an inheritance, and through the Son he made the universe and everything in it. 3The Son reflects God's own glory, and everything about him represents God exactly. He sustains the universe by the mighty power of his command. After he died to cleanse us from the stain of sin, he sat down in the place of honor at the right hand of the majestic God of heaven.

I know that only One has fulfilled His own prophecies regarding His resurrection and ascension, and that has been Jesus, and He claimed to be equal to God. I'm not sure who this Allah is.
