When you least expect it. Maybe even as you read this someone is knocking on your door and it could be the guy of your dreams! if you are true believer in destiny like myself, then i believe the right person will be destined for you and nobody can alter destiny! Above else is about proactively going out there and searching and eventually destiny should take its part and you may stumble across the one you spend the rest of your life with.
