Software to copy-paste scenes of a DVD...?

Does anybody knows a software that can edit scenes of a movies, of a DVD? I want to copy-paste some scenes in order to put them on a ppt presentation....Thanks in advance, God bless you!

google/yahoo for "i too am mpeg cutter" or "DVD cutter". you will get more than what you are looking for.
