What site were you on? You can contact your local police department and they may take it to the FBI. If it involved getting something in the mail it can also be reported as mail fraud

Your ISP. They will check it out and they are required to contact the agency who has the power to enforce the laws.

Uhhhhhhh huh. Alls I can really say is if someone is silly enough to send A COMPLETE STRANGER any money they are totally crazy!!!!! I dont hand out money to anyone or anything unless I see what Im getting right then and there! SHAME ON YA! But also shame on her for being so gullible and having faith in the human race!
