Get a hold of your local chamber of commerce...they will know about it.
I work in Pinellas county, and we always contact them for stuff having to do with anything like that

I would suggest ebay. None are listed right now, but you can set up a preferences page, and ebay will email you when anything that meets your search criteria is listed. Use the search "Sarasota Fire Cookbook" or "Sarasota Cookbook" w/o the quotes.
