I say you go with both, but if you have to pick one then I would go with the radio. I'm sure she already has some sexy bras and panties.

Why don't you ask her what she wants? I think you only want to buy her a bra and panties or satellite radio because YOU want to get some benefits!
You should buy her a bra and panties for YOUR birthday!
Just take her for dinner and maybe a movie ...

You could buy her a gift basket. Buy a basket, and place the new bra and panties inside with massage oils, maybe a coupon book (adult store) some flowers, wine. Bath beads, and some candles anything else you may want to add.
Now you have a birthday present you both can enjoy.
It's the gift that keeps on GIVIN' !!!!
My hubby has done it for me and I loved it. I always buy a nice set on panties or so on, and put them in his gifts. My hubby gave me the basket for my birthday and I loved it, then for his birthday he wasnted a new gun, so I bought him one and inside the box I put a camouflage panty and bra set. He loved it. Like I said it's the gft that keeps on giving.

Toxic, Ok now you know the sexy Bra and panties are for your pleasure not hers. See that is where men mess up, they buy their gf's things that they would like, but don't buy something she would like.
You need to buy something that she really likes or really wants, forget what you want! LOL

Go for the satellite radio...there's no way she'll ever turn that one around and think anything of the gift. With lingerie, she could get hurt thinking you don't like her choice of undergarments or that you're trying to somehow tell her she's fat. You know how us women are....lol.

I personally would choose the satellite radio, myself. Fail proof, no buying the wrong style, for we women are quite fickle. Who doesn't love music? With satellite there's something to please everyone.
