My husband and I have not the best credit, but we are working on it. We want to live in montgomery or frederick county in maryland. We have been looking for an apartment or townhome but we cant get approved because of our credit. We have great rental history though. Any help?

Montgomery and Frederick are not cheap counties! In Baltimore county, like Owings Mills or Towson are much cheaper! And credit is not all ways a problem in these areas. You might just have to put a higher deposit.

If you want to live in an apartment complex, you have to have pretty good credit, but I lived in Baltimore city and rented privately owned places. Most of them do not check credit.
