Clearly you must be under 12 years old. What are you asking this question on here for. If you don't know any more than this about making out you need to find out about it from a friend not from someone on here. You will get all kinds of answers and you will have no idea who is right.

Rape is only if you force a partner to have sexual intercourse with you against their will. You are so far from that you need not worry.

Before you do any more of this, especially if you go farther, please wait until you are old enough to know what you are doing. You can get in trouble if you don't. Just back off and kiss. No more.
You have no idea what a mother is like when she finds out you have been trying to go to far with her daughter. LOOK OUT!

What?? How old are you??
Back up a second people... we need more info than this...
If she is 12 and you are 22 then it is called child molestation
If she is of age and so are you all you did was touch her and she ask you to stop and you didn't then it is called aggrivated asault.
If she is of age and so are you all you did was touch her and she permitted it it is called petting.
If there was penitration and she said no and you continued then that is rape.
If there was penitration and it was consentual then it is called SEX..... bad or good is in the eye of the beholder....

Well basically, she allowed you to go there so it's not rape but think about it man! One day, things may sour and she'll turn around and accuse you of rape or molest or sexual assault whatever she may call it. If your'e not ready for it, don't do it. Are you casual friends or are you in a serious relationship. kids get caught up with the whole hoohah about scoring but they don't know if someone's playing or serious. One word for you mate_CONSEQUENCES!!!!!!!!

Rape is the act of penetration of any form without consent or agreement of both parties involved. if she never said NO, stop, dont touch me, or any statement of the kind it is not rape. Maybe she is resenting the situation she put herself in and is making you be the bad one! If she agreed at that point to allow you to touch her, than she is wrong for calling it rape.

It depends!! At any point in this interaction, did she say no and yet you kept going?
Are you over 18 and she's under 18?
Does she have a mental problem and doesn't understand what is going on?
A little sister? ( incest )
With all of these questions, you should probably think about it before there is another encounter.

No that is not rape, but if you forced yourself on her than yes it is. Now are both of you of legal age to be doing stuff like that? If she is not then it is rape!

no, rape is when someone says "no" and she told you to. Now, if she just told you to "rub it" and you took it further while she was telling you not to that's rape.
