elevate legs on edge of sofa
Get an empty drink bottle , fill it with water, freeze it. Put it
behind your knees for 20 minutes.
Use magnets on knees for pain. Dont leave magnet on over 12 hrs at a time or during storms.

If you have pain and/or swelling in your knees, you may be well advised to go to a sports medicine doctor before you have permanent damage!

Drink lots of water, cut back on sodium, and put ice on your knee for 15 minutes at a time every hour.

Water. I have been told the best was to get aches to go away is by getting in hot tub, or warm bath. There are also many rub on soothers but warm water works great.

cold and hot therapy. cold compresses( ice pack ) about 15 minutes then a heating pad for about 15 minutes. also icy hot works well too
