I go with shredded wheat or raisen bran they taste good and the fiber fills you up just check different brands and compare because some put added sugar in theires and it adds calories. Also south beach diet has cereals now i have not tried them but its worth a try.Worse comes to worse go with cheerios and that Kashi stuff is nasty and hard as a rock blah! P.S. My name is sarah and my sons name is Logan....cool

some days it is stable adequate, in spite of the undeniable fact that some days I would desire to have an entire breakfast. I had cereals for breakfast 3 weeks in the previous. My everyday is muesli, garnished with mango, papaya, raisins, and banana slices.

I love honey bunches of oats...the kind that has either strawberries or peaches or cinnamon. It has sugar in it, but isn't too high in calories, and is low fat.
