Humm if eggs where bad for you...

WIC- (Women Infants and Children)Its a program funded by the Department of Ag. And what it is. You get milk, cheese, eggs, etc. Formula depending how old your child is.

I don't think the department of Ag would allow eggs to go on there if they were bad for you.

The famous egg myth....

Eggs have not been proven to be bad for you. A study done by Harvard Medical School in the Journal of the American Medical Association showed that not only is there no connection between eggs and bad cholesterol, but that they actually help balance out the body's good and bad cholesterol (LDL).

Now you can tell all your freinds that they can buy the box of eggs at SAM's if they want to.

Check out my source!

Eggs are natural and very good for you.

The whites have a lot of protein.

The Yolk has fat but not as much as burger and the fat is the type your body needs.

Do not be afraid of eggs. If you want a healthier option, use 1 yolk for every three whites. this will give you the same protein and 1/3 of the fat.

Well eggs (especially the YOLK) is a VERY high source of protein!

So,if eaten in moderation, then YES they are definatley good for you!

Eating too many eggs isnt reall BAD for you, because your body will just dispose of all the excess protein... (and im not gana explain the bodies process of disposing waste to ya...hehe)

In my opinion (which isnt expert, I should warn you), I think they're good in moderation. I eat eggs about once a week, and mostly only egg-whites if I'm on a weightloss regime.

The protein in eggs is very high, so it's a good source if you arent getting your protein elsewhere.

I know, it's confusing. You hear one thing, then another.

Eggs are a great source of protein, may decrease chances of heart attack & stroke & have high levels of lutein (good for the eyes). But like with anything, if you eat too much or too many, it can be bad. Also, chickens have been given antiobiotcis & steriods to make them bigger, which is passed to the eggs. If a person has high cholestrol they shouldn't eat too many eggs.

Eggs are mostly good in moderation. There is always the cholesterol myth but it's been established that there is no direct link between dietary cholesterol and serum cholesterol for most people.
Also, it's better to have them sunny side up or over easy - never scrambled.

Anything overdone is bad for you.Eggs are a complete food but you should consume them in moderation.Boiled eggs and poached eggs are the healthiest. They have vitamin D,E,K and vitamin A in them.Eggs also have loads of protien in them, they are good for your hair, skin & eyes
Apart from these it is delicious also!

It's true it is both. It actually can be fattening but it's very good protein. It sort of depends what eggs you get.
