Has she ever been vaccinated? She probably has an Upper Respiratory infection. You need to take her to the vet ASAP, otherwise it will get worse and she could die. If you have other cats, they can get it. Get her to the Vet as soon as possible, the sooner she starts treatment the better. As a good pet owner, you are responsible for her well being, just like you would be if she were your child. If you can't afford it, you can make payments or ask if you can volunteer to pay it off. I hope she gets better soon, good luck.
BTW don't listen to these people who say "it's only a cold and don't worry about it," anytime your animal is behaving abnormally it is reason for concern and should be taken to a vet immediately. Better safe than sorry.

Regardless of what others say cats do NOT get a "cold". An occasional sneeze is normal (just like you or me), but it seems to be getting worse. It could be allegies, which range in the level of severity, an Upper Respiratory Infection (which mimics the human cold) or worse. If there are Any other symptoms, such as discharge from the nose or eyes, it's important to get your kitty to the vet as soon as possible. Hopefully your cat has been vaccinated and kept indoors. If so, this is likely a passing illness.

Cats, believe it or not, get colds just like people do. And, just like people, there's not much you can do about it but make sure Kitty is comfortable until it passes.
Cat colds, by the way, are not communicable to humans. So, you're not going to catch Kitty's cold.
If the sneezing lasts more than a week, if the cat seems listless and lethargic, is not eating or is running a fever --
(yes, cats can have their temperature taken -- normal for a cat is between 100.4 and 102.0 F -- for instructions on taking Kitty's temperature, go here: http://cats.about.com/cs/catmanagement101/ht/take%20temp.htm )
-- or if you notice unusually severe discharge, etc., take Kitty to the vet.
But chances are very good she just has a cold, and that it will pass. Call your vet to discuss her symptoms if you're not sure.
Give her a little unsalted chicken broth if you like -- it might make her feel better! Good luck!

She may have a cold or allergies. A cold could become deadly to cats. If they can't breath through there noses. they can suffocate. Cat's and dog don't know how to breath through there mouth. See a vet right away. Hopefully it's not too serious. Good Luck!!

My cat sometimes sneezes. Is there nasal discharge? Any other symptoms? Is she eating OK and otherwise acting normal? You may want to see the vet if there are other symptoms.

Have you changed brands of kitty litter, or made any changes in the home. Could be allergies. Find a low dust kitty litter. Also Check with vet.

Has your cat recently been to the kennel or just adopted? It could be the feline flu. Just take the cat to the vet.
