I dunno why people think that!! You get bad people everywhere!! So I really dunno why you guys are always getting targeted!! I don't think you're any different from any of us!! (**,)

That is true, but the bad extremist ones make the peaceful ones pay the price with their violence. It isn't right, but in order to feel safe, instead of embracing people and feeling safe through God's protection, people tend to take it out on a people as a whole. Personally, I wish the clerics would step up and put their fear aside and put these extremist in their place, unfortunately, I don't see that happening. It'll fall on you (good Muslims/Islamics) to change the sight in others eyes by the example you put out.

We do understand that but until the leaders of Islam who are in a position to speak for those who are not violent stand up and say that the violence is wrong and not part of the religion people will continue to think that they support the hate with their silence. A big part of the problem is that there doesn't appear to be a centralized hierarchy of Islamic leaders..it's basically every mosque for itself so one can teach love and peace and the one across the street teaches hate and death.

I know that there are good, humane, loving Islamics out there. Unfortunately, like in all areas of life the bad ones spoil it for everybody. If you are a peace loving Muslim then I say thank you and God Bless You.
