I think they're genetically engineered

Seedless grapes are engineered from normal grapes to be seedless -- they can't reproduce without human intervention. The first seedless grapes were created by hybridization -- they were basically "mules" (sterile hybrids). Nowadays they may use genetic manipulation to get the same effect, but I'm not certain about that.

From grapes, where do you think. Oh we treat them with a chemical hormone to stop seed production in case you were wondering how we get seedless grapes

Good question !

Propagation is from a parent plant ,
( a mutation) which has proved ,to be seedless.

Seedless grapes are grown from cuttings .
or tissue culture ( modern stuff )

they are especially bred for this purpose
