What kind of spot? A cold sore? A pimple? A pox?
If it's a pimple: get some benzoyl peroxide ointment
If it's a cold sore: take l-lysine and apply abreva.
If it's the pox: see your MD.

If it is next saturday it will probably have gone by then anyway, but here are some tips... don't squeeze or pick it, it will make it worse and leave a mark. Also get some cream from Witch...it is like a clear ointment that has a natural anaestetic and seals the spot to stop infection...it is excellent... i love it. you should find it in most supermarkets... there are a few diff types by Witch, light greeny blue tube... I swear by it... Also don't be afraid to dab it with a bit of foundation on the day if you need to cover any redness...
have a great day!

Clinique do a product called Turnaround Cream which they do a face masque version of - it's fantastic for getting rid of spots. Just leave a great big dollop on overnight and I guarantee you will see a noticeable reduction of the spot! It's a bit pricey, but worth it not to have to wear make up on your big day! (If you ask nicely at the counter, they may give you a sample!) Congratulations and good luck.

Soak it with hot salty water first to draw out any impurities. Then apply to dollop of toothpaste on it, the type that contains an antibacterial agent. It will help the spot dry up. The dollop of toothpaste looks a bit unsightly, but this method does work.
Congratulations on your wedding, by the way!

Best to put the wedding off until you're looking perfect. Failing that, wear a balaclava - much trendier than a paper bag. As a last resort, if all else fails and your partner insists things go ahead, retouch all the wedding photos using Adobe Photoshop to remove the offending zit.

70% alcohol . Pop the spot then dab it on. And if it doesn't work you can drink the bottle on the big day and forget the spot horror!
Also, if it still shows a bit on the day, get some foundation and spot cover-up make up (it's green). Put the green one on first and then a tiny bit of foundation over the top... it'll work a treat!

You're going to laugh, but I swear I have read this. A trick models use to get rid of unexpected spots is to dab them with, and I'm serious, a little Preparation H. It works because it's made to take down swelling very fast. I'm not kidding, I read this in a women's magazine once.
But whatever you use, sincere congratulations on your wedding!

I would try some tea tree oil or gel, don't squeeze it because the spot will get infected and get worse rather than better! Hope that helps.
