She needs to see her doctor, and get some high blood pressure medication. She should also take an 81mg aspirin daily, which prevents blood clots that could also cause strokes. She could also buy a blood pressure monitor at Wal Mart or Walgreens, etc. And correlate it with the one her doctor uses. Finally, she should check in with her doctor every 2-3 months to make sure her B.P. is going down.Reducing salt intake and losing weight is also a good idea, if she is overweight.

i am high blood pressure too! one form is to take things easy and being a Catholic, this help me alot. another is to go for regular jogging, i try to do it once a week for 2km, for her she may go for 500m as long as she jog. best wishes,

EAT FRESH FRUITS AND TAKE CARE THAT SHE SHOULD NOT GET ANGRY .NOT ANGRY MEANS A LOT, I KNOW THAT MY MOM IS TOO LIKE THAT .
