Pros and Cons of the Exilim EX-Z700?

I've read that the image stabilization is maybe not so great. Is that really true? And are there any other negative sides to this camera?

Pros: It's a Casio, so it is significantly cheaper than the same type of camera sold by Sony and Canon.

Cons: It's a Casio, so it basically sucks a$$, just like all the other Casio cameras..
