That is my typical lunch. Can you tell me how many calories I'm getting and also how much sodium? How about their french fries: are they still using hydrogenated fats or have they converted over to vegetable oil yet?

It's the double quarterpounder, not a double whopper. Whopper's a burger king sandwich.

Nutritional information is available at any McDonald's restaurant or at the McDonald's website. I'm providing a link.

Mmm...the double quarter pounder with cheese meal...pretty tasty. McDonald's is getting cool now and has the calories on the food wrapper. There is also information on the fries box. I hear they are still using pig fat. As for the coke...well, if you are worried about calories you shouldn't be eating the double quarter pounder with cheese anyways.

You can go to mcdonalds.com or burgerking.com and see what the nutrition value is in each item. On mcdonalds.com, you can take off ingredients to see what the calorie difference is.
