I need a God who's for Black people! I need Black people, who are Black conscious, to help me through yet another firing brought on by Caucasians robbing me of what I earned!
Local 300, Laurence Adams president, ended my 9-year battle with USPS by selling me out. So fighting to stay on a job is near impossible for me anymore.
But, I have to survive while I'm alive. How can I do that without harming anyone? I am somebody. Life is teaching me I am to be harmed with no consequence to the harming me. Is that why when I hurt it's usually someone close to me or myself?
I need Black people or mulattos like me to help me. Caucasians or Condoleezas and Colins, please don't bother responding!

I see the tone of most responses. I will speak to those I'm looking for an answer from.
At the USPS I suffered from other people's cigarette smoke in non smoking areas. USPS took stand easier to get rid of one who complains than correct behavior of many. I worked but was fired when union talked me out of testifying at arbitration # 8 or 9.
Now I'm fired b/c my bonus was pulled by an unknown supv but my performance enabled the co to get paid. I will always work for but demand what I'm due!
I find working with or for Caucasians, complying does not yield appreciation and I can never trust them to do the right thing, pay me honestly and treat me with the respect I show them.
I endeavor to do a good job whereever I work. Being only human I have a need for successes if I'm to overcome, get around or/and forget about the pain I've experienced as a Black male existing in this country under continued oppression.

As far as church, I find all I'm told about God comes from the same oppressors who stole my heritage.
I pray, pray and pray but it appears to be to no avail. Of course, that's my fault.

Your attitude is badly predjudiced. It is people in power that do the screwing-over of the working class and people in power are from all the races. Everyone gets the shaft once in a while. Stop crying and grow up. Blaming all the caucasions for your problems is pathetic. Take responsibility for your own mistakes. If your union rep sold you out, it was because you agreed to let him sell you out. Now you realize your mistake and you want to blame 'the caucasions'?! Blame yourself. Learn from the experience and grow. Hating is bad for you.

Do you have a church home? Find an African American Church. NAACP membership is also a good place to start. Try not to be so jaded. There's good and bad in all races.

It seems to me that you might be one of the many lazy african americans out there that like to blame all of your problems on white people...The only reason white people don't like black people is because they are sick of hearing about how they owe you something...THEY DON'T! Just because our great ancestors had your great ancestors as slaves doesn't mean i owe you anything I in my life have never done anything bad to you so why should I keep you as an employee or give you a scholorship when there is a white person out there who works harder than you...That is where the naacp comes in and says you have to have a % of black people working for you, so if i conducted an interview and the white guy went to scool for four years, never convicted of a crime and had experience, and the black guy has a felony and has no experience I have to hire the black man because I need a %...At what point does this become unfair to white people??? By The Way...Obviosly if you got "sold out" you were doing something wrong in the first place. And I am not a racist, I am a realist...you seem like the racist to me!

I was a letter carrier (mail-man) for 7 years, and I know for a fact that hard working employees were rarely, if ever, harrassed by supervision. Maybe you were one of the other kinds of employees.

Sounds like you are a paranoid racist with an inferiority complex.
I note you want no advice from successful black people.
Your only solution is to move back to Africa where you can adjust your perspective and get some sense of reality.
