Christians are, of course, the experts on this question because they know exactly who is and who is not going to Heaven.
I just read that Jeffrey Dahmer got born again while in prison. Is this true? If so, it looks like I'll spend an eternity with him in Heaven--unless, of course, I go to Hell. And I read that Ted Bundy was a Catholic, which means he was a Christian.
So, if I go to Heaven, I might have to share a room with these guys. Hell's starting to look not so bad.

No Christian knows who is going to heaven or hell. The good news is that no sin is unforgivable. As the cheif sinner, I can testify to this. The Blood of Jesus washes away the sins of all who would ask. There is no sin which cannot be forgiven by Christ. I would not be surprized to see Dahmer or even Ted Bundy in heaven. Such is the saving grace of God.

how do you think Christians can know who and who isnt going to heaven? By reading the bible, which is Gods word. He tells us how we can go to heaven and if we do not follow that what He tells us, thats how we know we are not...simple and easy!!
Only those who are obedient to God while living on earth will receive a reward in heaven. There the righteous who have been saved and made perfect by God will enjoy eternal life.
Those who will go to hell include any who are not obedient to God and have not received salvation from Him. The Bible makes it clear that the unrighteous and disobedient will not receive the reward of eternal life in heaven but will rather be punished eternally in hell. if Jeffrey Dahmer does go to heaven its because he has repented his sins and accepted Christ as his savior, When we all get to heaven, everything will be changed and perfect, so jeffrey will not be as he is here on earth.

Aye...you'll find that Christian doctrine is very inconsistent when it comes to who get into heaven...some say that you NEED to have accepted Jesus as your lord and saviour quite a while before your death...some say you're able to do it on your deathbed...some say it doesn't matter and that God judges by deed, not belief...in which case, I'm sorted.
However, I've personally read a passage in the bible (I do forget which exact reference...I forget but it's mentioned in the doctumentary "the god who wasn't there"), which a lot of people disregard or are oblivious of...but it states, quite clearly, that if you doubt God or his existence for even a SECOND, you will go to Hell. No questions asked. Doesn't matter how devout you are from then on.

Well, hypothetically what was wrong with these guys was partially due to screwed-up brain chemestry. Without a brain (or a body for that matter) who knows what they;d be like?
Hell would probably have better company: Ben Franklin, Voltaire, various artists and freethinkers...

Only God knows the hearts and minds of each of His children and He is the judge, not us. We don't know who God will bring home to Himself.

No. They just think they are. In fact, there is no Heaven. We all die the same.
