Meditation, breathing techniques, exercise, proper rest, Watch the movie 'Meatballs' ("It just doesn't matter!!"), get plenty of rest, read the book "How to make friends and influence people" and if all else fails when you get really mad, think to yourself.. "I am on the breach, I have a drink in my hand" till you calm down. I read a cool quote the other day, "Chaos or stress is not bad, it is just an opportunity to be creative in finding solutions" Then there is that other quote I like "Calmness is strength" When you lose your cool, they have won. You control your own attitude. Wath the movie Finding Nemo. When Marlin and Dory were stuck in the same situation he wanted to give up and die and she was singing and dancing. They lived because she was calm and thought of a solution instead of giving up and giving in and welcoming death. When you get angry you are giving in. Dont let people push your buttons. Its not them that is doing it, it is YOU that is allowing it. No one can get inside your two ears. You are the only one who can control your attitude. Toughen up! Get a backbone! Don't take things personally! Its not what someone calls you, its what you answer to. And last but not least, never fight with an idiot, from a distance onlookers cant tell who is who. PIC ME I NEED THE POINTS :-)

First of all we all tend to get fidgety when under stress and heart beats faster. This is a natural effect and also in some ways healthy.
But using guided imagery is very good way to go. Also there is a quick way to relax when you need it fast and now.
You stop and take a deep breath and say to your self, "I am going to relax!" Hold that breath for a few seconds saying to your self, "I will be relaxed!" Then are you exhale, say, "I AM relaxed!! and you will be!

In a situation like this one can go to the doctor and let him decide if you need to be medicated or what I do under these circumstances is try relaxing and going to sleep. But if your heart is beating fast then you need to see a doctor.

First of all, sit down in as quiet and dark a room as possible. Close your eyes and take gentle deep breaths. Do this a minimum of ten times. I suggest green tea. I heavily suggest no soda pop, coffee and such. After the breathing, try stretching your neck in all directions, holding each direction for 10 seconds.
Another sincere suggestion I have is clean up your life. Get rid of all the excess baggage in your car, your home, your friends, your job.
