No, but I remember having hiccups during an important test once, it took me so long to write down my answers, that it almost got embarrising. Imagine everytime you put your pen on the paper it shifts because of a sudden hiccup. Quite frustrating. It didn't get me out of the test, although I seemed to entertain anyone around me.

stomach ache is better as you don't necessarily have a temperature
