If you do decide to turn your life over to Christ, remember, it is not an easy road. You will be ridiculed (you see it on this site all the time) but remember, it is worth it. I have had such peace in my life since I have excepted the Lord. Just knowing he is taking care of me, knowing he is there for me. Every month my bills are paid, I don't know how, yes I do, the Lord blesses me everyday. And I hope you see the Truth and except some things we don't understand but God works in ways we don't understand. All I know is I can not wait until his return, what a glorious day that will be. And even if your just posting this to see what response you get from all the Christians, I pray He does open your eyes and you see the Light, God Bless and may the Lord hold you in the palm of His hands.

i do no longer evaluate both. To many persons there would nicely be likely no "evidence" for God. i did not open my eyes nevertheless God did (i understand i sound like each diverse christian in spite of the indisputable fact that it really is precise). My eyes were opened to the shown reality that i'd see that there is something previous this existence and this earth. That there are angels and a heaven even a hell. And certainly there's a God who died for my sins and rose on the 0.33 day. It seems nonsensical, to absolutely everyone else I wager. yet I only can no longer supply up understanding what I understand, you comprehend?

Mate, give some proper thought to whether signs are "signs" or you merely wish to interpret them as such. A lot of religious and spiritual belief is based on stuff that we think "omg, that MUST be because of something supernatural!" when in fact there's a perfectly rational explanation for it.
If you do feel there is a god up there, I would look more into something like Deism...don't leap straight into Christianity just because the majority of the country is...which is funny, as the founding fathers themselves were also Deist, not Christian ;)

That God exists is no longer a question for me, despite the protestations of the more 'rational' part of my brain. Acknowledging the existence of that which I cannot see and putting great weight behind the 'messages' I seem to receive with no scientifically verifiable return address no longer confounds me. You write of God "showing [you] all the signs about how not to make a big mistake". That is, in the end, how God made Itself (Himself? Herself? Themselves?....don't know that part!) known to me. In my life I have been a believer, a nonbeliever, a doubter and all shades in between, but have been, for the last several years, quite conscious of God's place in my life and in the universe. That is because in a time of great trouble and doubt for me God interceded and told me what I needed to do in order to right myself. People for years had advised me to pray to find answers, that if I truly sought God then God would meet me part way. And God did! If you feel that God is trying to help you stay clear of trouble I think that you are right. Lots of very smart people don't believe in God, and can give you many coherent and reasonable arguments against God's existence. I finally arrived at the conclusion that the argument FOR God's existence makes as much sense as those against. Atheists and agnostics will talk about hocus pocus, delusional minds, and fairy tales, but that is only because God does not fit into their current world view. But should you find room in your universe for God, more power to you. Just be carefull of men and women trying to tell you what God wants and what God's plans are. They usually just want money, or more frighteningly, power. Welcome spirituality but beware of organized religion. And allow God or god or the gods to guide you. Pray for Peace!!!

Good for you, and praise God maybe this forum is good for something after all. But be careful my friend as the Devil will reaveal things to you also to confuse you and to steer you down the wrong path. Be careful in your studies and MAKE sure it is someone helping you that knows what they are talking about. No one knows it all I admit, but take what is told you and CHECK it out in the Word of God. The Holy Spirit is the greatest teacher of them all. The Devil does his greatest work behind the Pulpit of the church with ignorant teachers and ones who claim to know everything. If I may be of help please let me know, and I will do all I can.

Don't just believe in Him, accept Him. You need to speak to someone you know who has already accepted Jesus as their Savior, and read the bible! If you are really open to hearing from God, he will lead you and help you to understand. Don,t let the devil allow you to make that mistake.

Open your eyes, open your heart, He will show you all you need to know.
And then, trust Him to know what is best for you.
He works in our lives all the time, every second to bring about His plan. And really when you think about, His plan is the best, He only wants the best for us.
This time we have here on earth, is nothing compared to eternity we will spend with Him.
