I mean EVERYTHING. From you tripping over a rug or something after saying a curse word, or from someone dying in your family.

We do alot of things on our own, mind you. God created nature and humans and He set alot of things in motion just like the rising of the sun the 24 hr days etc. Many things happen because they were already set in motion or they are acted upon because of physics that God created. If you slip on a wet floor it's probably not God's doing but the laws that are set in motion dictate that it is slippery if the floor is wet. God has a reason for setting these things in motion but we are free to move and act in the realm of reality that he has created for us to.

I believe there is a reason for everything. When God created the earth and before people are born he knows what they are going to be like and everything else about that person. I believe certain things happen to make people stronger or to let somebody else have a chance. An example could be if you lost a love one (family, significant other) that could could be something that can make you stronger or something that can make you learn from your mistakes if it was a bad break up with a significant other. When all these famous people die. I think it's a way of letting other people have a chance. Do you think all the big rappers now would be as big if Biggie and Pac were still here? I think not! It's all apart of God's plan. We're not supposed to understand it.

Tripping on a rug after cursing would probably be us bringing
negativity on ourselves. Not God. There are Universal Laws as
far as real spiritual forces that create our world.
I feel most thngs happen for reasons. But like you say, we live
in a material world. And sometimes, there are just accidents.

No and that is a dangerous theory to believe in. Read the book "When Bad Things Happen To Good People" by Harold Kushner.

You have your own free will as far as cursing goes. But many things that He allows to happen have a reason that we may not understand until we reach eternity in the hereafter.

Yes, but our simple minds would not understand. Don't be angry or frustrated with God, just know he has a plan for you and in the end all the little things will not matter when we are united with Him.

Hi!

First of all, it is not everything that God controls...God, for example does not control man's eternal destination.(Hell or Heaven)...man chooses what he wants...

Sometimes when bad things happen to you...it is due to:

1. Disobedience
2. Result of sin
3. Satan arranging a bad thing for you.(God forbid!)

Now in all of these things, God would lovingly take advantage of the result of these 3 situations to teach you a lesson...ALL BECAUSE HE LOVES YOU SO MUCH that He wants you to consider crying to Him for help so that He may lovingly carry you to safety...

Yes sometimes God punishes the evil doer to save them from worse eternal pain of hell...

Hope this helps!
Hug!

even for posting reduntant questions in Y!Answers

you can use religion to justify and rationalize anything including murder and greed

just say "he" told me

pagans can't say that...they just point to mother nature that has a 24/7 billboard of signs all around as a good example of reason...

the reason is...to exist in this moment, reproduce and die

that's it. that's what we have, that's what we know, it's boring but so is fairy tales of Utopia that come by slaughtering all those created by free will who actually use thier free will to say,

NO

What makes you think he would waste his time doing stuff like that? You are responsible for your own actions. Stop blaming everything on God. He'll get pissed.
