They're hit n miss, u have the advantage of bein able to check out the persons interests n hobbies and check out their pic to see if they take ur fancy before u make contact. Take a browse you never know...

Well my dad met his wife on a dating site so that is good! i have met a few boys on dating sites and some have been weird some have been nice but i would say most of them when you are under 30 are a bit weird i think when you get older and it gets harder to actually meet ppl then the ppl would start to get more normal??

if you know how to use these sites their great....you get to meet lost of people, yes some weird but no less weird than those in a bar. I have been on almost hundreds of dates, and they were like any other dates...some strange some really fun some really boring.

I loved them. I met alot of great guys off them,and even if we were not compatible romantically,we were friends still. You get to know them better online since they may not be so shy,and Its just a great way to meet people. Why stand sround a stinky bar or club,when you can be home screening guys for marriage material?

I have a few female friends who have used them, and they say 95% of people on their are weirdos who just want to show you their co#ks.
Also I did meet a girl off one ages ago when I had just broken up from my gf of 5 years. And she turned out to be a right nutter, ended up having to change mobile phone numbers.

i think they are good for the older people who are looking for people!!! people that are in their 30+ looking for people are more successful in finding someone. so yeah they are good for the older side
