First of all are you a Falconer and how long have you been a falconer for? What have you flown before? If you don't want to fly this bird yourself but want it for something else, advertising ect, you are best off employing someone to do it for you.

ask the local seamstress to sew you a replica. Eagles are a threatened species, in the states, it's illegal to have even an eagle feather. Recently taken off the endangered species list, these are magnificent birds of prey. Maybe another bird of prey would be more beneficial.

try this place www.eagleheights.co.uk they visit schools and bring you a number of birds for display and flioght demonstrations. I dont what the coast is but they bring, among others, a golden eagel, owls, falcons and a vulture. I seen them at schools where I work and the kids get a close look at the different birds and a nice display.

Call the zoo! They might be willing to bring an eagle and present it for you (if it is safe). A donation to the zoo is always nice to follow up with.

I really don't think anyone would loan you an eagle. Maybe call a zoo and they might be willing to bring one by and handle it for you.
