Not if what you guys are talking about is good. If you are fighting, then that isn't a good thing. But if you are getting to know each other and learning about each other, it can bring you both closer. However, I'd suggest spending time with her doing something as opposed to sitting around on the phone.

It depends bro, if you do it everynight then it may get boring, spice it up a little be unpredictable, after the hour mark tell her you got to go and ring her back later, just mix it up.

If your phone bill costs more than you can afford, yes it could turn bad. Try Skype, it's cheaper. Other than that, no problemo!
