I am fairly active and I dont get any pain from running, aerobics or working out at the gym. Why do I get pain when Im swimming? It doesnt make any sence to me...?

swimming uses all your muscles, so you may be straining a muscle that does not get used that much.

Swimming is a good way to over extend your limbs without as much pain as if you were out of water. Try not to over do it, and maybe stretch real good before swimming like you would if you were playing other sports.

joints getting too much moisure, or the chemicals in the pool.
Put a magnet on your pain.
Dont eat before or after swimmin , wait awhile, cramps u up.
